Chris E. Perkins, D.D.S., P.A.
Dr. Perkins completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1985, from Lamar University, in Beaumont, Texas. In 1990, he graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Perkins went on to complete a post Doctorate Fellowship in dental implants from Southwest Implant Institute in 1991.

Dr. Perkins believes strongly in continuing education, not only for himself and staff, but also new Dentists. He is participating in a pilot program with Baylor College of Dentistry as an adjunct clinical Professor. His focus is to help senior dental students observe private practice and educate these students in the field of practice management.

Dr. Perkins is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Houston District Dental Society. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Diplomat in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and Diplomat of American Board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry. Dr. Perkins is a Fellow in the Misch International Implant Institute. He is also an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a member of the American College of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Perkins is on the surgical staff at Kingwood Medical Center.

Dr. Perkins’ greatest joy is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, and he feels like dentistry is his ministry. He has volunteered for many mission trips over the years. These trips have taken him to many different countries, which have given him many opportunities to teach procedures and evangelize with foreign colleagues.

Some of the many other things Dr. Perkins enjoys are fishing, hunting, sailing, and golf.

Dr. Perkins has been a resident of Kingwood with his wife, Brenda, his two children, Christie and Cody, since 1991. His greatest joy in life is God and family.
